Winifred Turner, 92, of South Point, Ohio, formerly of Ashland, died Saturday, June 1, 2013, in Best Care Nursing Home in Wheelersburg, Oho.
She was born Aug. 10, 1920, in London England, the daughter of the late Joseph and Emma Jane Wheeler Berridge.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in South Point.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Turner; a son, Howard Turner; four brothers; and three sisters.
Survivors include a daughter, Elaine Turner Caines and husband Michael of Florence; a son, Raymond Turner of Catlettsburg; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at Rose Hill Burial Mausoleum by Rob Lockhart, minister. Entombment will be in the mausoleum.
Miller Funeral Home in Ashland is in charge of arrangements.
