ASHLAND - William C. "Bill" Burchett, 88, of Ashland, died Wednesday in Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital.

He was born Feb. 11, 1924, in Olive Hill.

His wife, Goldie McCaleb Burchett, survives.

A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. today at Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland.

Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland is in charge of arrangements.
