Jewell Stull 1939-2008
Vonnie Jewell Stull, 69, of West Palm Beach, Fla., formerly of Ashland, went to be with her Lord on Dec. 5, 2008.
She was born Nov. 26, 1939, in Bowling Green, a daughter of the late Garland and Mary M. Ridenour Holsinger. She graduated from Caverna Independent High School and retired from the State of Florida in the accounting department. She was a member of the Ladies Auxillary of El Hasa Shrine and of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Michael Ray Francis, and her husband, James Travis Stull.
Jewell will be sadly missed by those she leaves behind - a son, Ricky Lee Francis and a daughter, Donna Gail Ashcraft, both of West Palm Beach; two brothers, Charles (Gerri) Holsinger of Greenup and Billy (Daisy) Holsinger of Cave CIty; a sister, Areta Holsinger of Iaeger, W.Va.; and two grandchildren, Jonathon Francis and Matthew Francis.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Caniff Funeral Home in Westwood by the Rev. Ken Gowin. Entombment will be in Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and an hour before services Wednesday at the funeral home.
