LEXINGTON - Vickie Lynn Suttles, 61, of Lexington, formerly of Ashland, died Sunday in St. Joseph's Hospital in Lexington.
Vickie was born Jan. 22, 1952, in Ashland, a daughter of the late Mitchell and Christine Vaughn Scarberry.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Allen Suttles; and a granddaughter, Tiarra Nichole Phillips.
Vickie was a former clerk with Dillards in Lexington and enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
She is survived by a son, Everett Suttles of Ashland; a daughter, Lisa Queen of Lexington; four sisters, Carol Martin, Connie Tackett and Donna Dunham, all of Ashland, and Nancy Jarvis of Columbus, Ohio; and five grandchildren, Brandon Fowler, Bradley Queen, Trevor Queen, Trace Queen and Kayleigh Litteral.
Funeral services will be at 8 p.m. today, Aug. 29, 2013, at Preston Family Funeral Home in Ashland by Minister Mark Keene. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
