Larry Keith Church, 57, of Catlettsburg, KY passed away unexpectedly on Monday April 30, 2018.
Mr. Church was born February 24, 1961 in FT. McClellan, Annison, Alabama to the late Curtis "Duke" Church and Elaine Vaughan Church McClure. In 2015 he was preceded in death by his wife of 28 years Cathy Slone Church.
Larry was a 1978 graduate of Boyd County High School and attended EKU where he received a certificate in the Youth Work Program. He was employed by NECCO - South Point and worked with Autistic children. Larry enjoyed music, golf, and spending time with friends. He was a member of Elks, Ashland, Moose, Ironton, and American Legion Post 93.
Larry is survived by Aunts and Uncles, Louie and Marjorie Vaughan, Butch and Linda Vaughn, Virginia Smoot, Ruth Miles, and Alberta Vaughan; cousins, Vicki Vaughan Angotti, Valerie Vaughan Sesler, David Brian Vaughan, Jana Vaughan, Kim Vaughn, Michelle Vaughn, Paul Snoddy, Leah Jeter, and Peggy Wright.
A memorial service will be held May 12, 2018 from 1:00pm until 3:00pm at the Post 76 Legion Ballroom in Ashland.
