Kelli Lowman 1962-2008
Kelli Wright Lowman, 46, of Ashland, loving wife of Jerry Lowman, passed away Friday morning at her residence following a sudden illness.
Kelli was born Nov. 7, 1962, in Ashland, a daughter of Connie Sturgeon Wright of Ashland and the late Gilbert Wright. She was a Realtor with Century 21 Brooks Wells Enterprise and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. She was a 1980 graduate of Fairview High School and a member of the Ashland Board of Realtors and the Holiday Point Marina Yacht Club.
Survivors in addition to her husband and mother include a brother, Gilbert "Buk" Wright Jr. of Ashland; two sisters, Jamie Wright of Cincinnati and Toni Rakes and husband James of Ashland; a daughter, Amy Rucker and husband Brandon of Rush; nephews and nieces Jeremy Wright, Lindsay Alyssa Wright, Cole Grayson Wright, James Michael Rakes and Jordan Kelli Rakes; special nieces Cortnie Fraley and Brittany Kirk; a grandson, Braden Rucker; and many other cherished family and close friends.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Preston Family Funeral Home by the Rev. Scott Rollins and the Rev. Tim Holmes. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Joe Lester, Lynn Rice, Buke Wright, Erik Fraley, Brandon Rucker and James Rakes.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent in Kelli's memory to Christ Community Church, 25th Street and Thomas Avenue, Portsmouth, OH 45662.
