John D. Fannin, 84, of Kenova, W.Va., passed away Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017, in Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell. John was born July 10, 1932, in Coalton, to the late Frank and Ollie Crum Fannin. He is survived by his wife, Lula Drown Fannin of Kenova. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 20, 2017, at Preston Family Funeral Home in Ashland. Entombment will be in Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum in Ashland. Visitation will be after 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. -
