Jasper M. Williams, 93, of Fellsmere, Florida passed away, Saturday morning, November 9, 2019 at
his home.
He was born November 5, 1926 in Banner, Kentucky to the late Jasper Johnson and Gladys Pack
Williams.
Jasper proudly served his country in the US Army and retired from Armco Steel as an inspector
after 40 years of service. He was an avid fisherman and loved spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, Jasper was preceded in death by his previous wife, Marie Williams; two
daughters, Sharon Ramey Barber and Phyllis Ramey Beaman; four brothers, Bill, Glen, Ernest, and
Donald Williams; two sisters, Barbara Johnson and Rhoda Williams; and one grandchild, Michelle
Graul.
Jasper is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Mary Margaret Bowen Ramey Williams, his children,
Nancy Diamond (Terry) of Lexington, KY, Roger Williams (Connie) of Ironton, OH, Don Williams
(Sandra) of Ashland, Cheryl Hall of Warren, Michigan, Tammy Steele (Bryan) of Ashland, Pete
Williams of Ashland, and Janet Ramey Reeves of Fellsmere, FL; three sisters Marie Smith, Mary
moore and Sally Jackson all of Ashland; 20 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren; several greatgreat
grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11 AM on Friday, November 15, 2019 at Caniff Funeral
Home in Westwood by Bill Burnette. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6 to 9 PM.
