Faye Margaret Weis Hart, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012.
Faye was born Jan. 19, 1925, in Westwood to the late Curtis and Anna Snyder Weis.
She retired as a telephone operator for GTE and was a member of Holy Family Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Hart and a brother, Fred Weis.
Survivors include two nieces, Linda Brumfield of Salt Rock, W.Va., and Phyllis Farris of Ashland; two special cousins, Hilma Downs of Westwood and John Greer of Ashland and numerous extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, June 18, 2012 at Holy Family Church in Ashland by Father John Noe. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday at the church.
Caniff Funeral Home in Westwood is in charge of arrangements.
