David Allen, 88, of Summit, died Monday, August 27, 2018. He was the son of the late William and Elizabeth Allen. Survivors include two brothers, Ray (Shirley) Allen of Ashland and Bill Allen of Summit. Funeral service 12:00 PM Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at Miller Funeral Home. Visitation 11:00 AM till 12:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions to Community Hospice 1480 Carter Ave. Ashland, KY 41101.
