Alivia Noel Worstell, 2 months and 20 days old, died Saturday, May 4, 2013, in Ashland.
Alivia was born Feb. 15, 2013, in Boyd County, the daughter of Christopher Michael Erickson and Heather Nicole Worstell.
Alivia is also survived by her maternal grandparents, Angela Porter of Ashland and James Worstell of Rush.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. today, May 8, 2013, at Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum Chapel in Ashland by the Rev. James Deal.
There will be no visitation.
Lazear Funeral Home in Ashland is in charge of arrangements.
