Albert Perrock Jr.

Albert Perrock, Jr., 91, of South Point, OH passed away Tuesday November 20, 2018 at his residence. He was born April 17, 1927 in Slagel, WV the son of the late Albert Perrock, Sr. and the late Lola Spencer Perrock Newmar. He was a retired chemical engineer for Honeywell, member of the American Legion Post 76, an avid hunter and a WWII Army Veteran. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two sons, Albert “Danny” Perrock, III and Gary Perrock; four brothers, Carl Perrock, Millard Perrock, Frank Perrock and Ammon Perrock. He is survived by a special friend, Ora Ratliff of South Point, OH; one son, Frank Perrock of Hurricane, WV; one sister, Alice Spurlock of St. Albans, WV; one brother, Joseph Perrock of Hurricane, WV; four grandchildren, Amber Dawn Stambaugh, Taylor Joe Perrock, Jonathan Perrock and Danny Lee Perrock; and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday November 26, 2018 at Miller Funeral Home with Rev. Duane Knittel officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park with military graveside rites by Kenova American Legion Post 93. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM Sunday November 25, 2018 at the funeral home.
